FPS&F Partner Douglas J. Steinhardt to Deliver Keynote Speech at Widener University Law School Commencement Ceremony

May 9, 2013

On Sunday, May 19, FPS&F Partner Douglas J. Steinhardt will return to his alma mater, Widener University School of Law, in Harrisburg, PA, as the University's keynote speaker for its 2013 commencement ceremony. Mr. Steinhardt graduated from Widener Law in 1994 and went on to earn a stellar reputation as a leading attorney in New Jersey and Pennsylvania focusing on family, land use, labor and employment, personal injury and municipal law.

Doug has also established himself as a fixture in New Jersey politics, currently serving his fifth term as Mayor of Lopatcong, N.J., as Chairman of the Warren County Republican Committee, and as Vice-Chairman of the New Jersey Republican County Chairmen's Association. In addition to his political roles, Doug serves on several charitable and volunteer boards across the State. Since his own graduation, Mr. Steinhardt has also remained active at Widener Law, serving on the Dean's National Advisory Council.

He looks forward to addressing the graduating class of 2013, in the place where his legal career began some 19 years ago. Widener Law School Dean, Linda L. Ammons says she is "certain our graduates will benefit from [his] words of wisdom."
