Arianna Mouré

Arianna Mouré is an Associate in our Rochelle Park office focusing her practice in education law, labor and employment law, and general litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Arianna served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Monmouth County Assignment Judge, the Honorable Lisa P. Thornton, Superior Court, where she handled various matters in relation to the Open Public Records Act, prerogative writs involving land use and zoning issues, and civil, criminal and family litigation. During her clerkship, Arianna conducted mediation sessions in the Civil Division and became certified in mediation and conciliation skills.

Arianna earned her juris doctor with a concentration in Health Law at Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, Arianna served as a judicial extern in the New Jersey Superior Court. She also served as an extern for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. She also served as a law clerk for a Roseland-based law firm where she dealt with complex litigation issues. Arianna has handled employment law matters and appeared on behalf of pro-se clients in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York through the S.D.N.Y. Mediation Practicum. She has represented juveniles in criminal matters in the Superior Court of New Jersey through the Juvenile Justice Clinic. Arianna also received her Healthcare Compliance Certification during law school.

Arianna has extensive experience in regulatory and administrative law because of her strong familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry. She previously worked as a pharmaceutical representative in the greater New York City area for two top pharmaceutical companies. She also served as an in-house intern with Bristol-Meyer Squibb in their employment law and privacy law group while in law school.

She is actively committed to Puerto Rico relief efforts. She is the Co-Chair of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey’s (HBA-NJ) Disaster Relief Committee and continues to serve as Trustee of the Monmouth and Ocean County region. On February 12, 2018, Arianna was appointed to the Gubernatorial Commission for Puerto Rico relief along with other legal professionals, lobbyists, community leaders, corporate executives and others who will serve on the Commission which will work with State and Federal agencies to aid those who have been relocated and to find ways the State can provide additional aid to Puerto Rico.

Arianna is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and the New Jersey Women Lawyer’s Association. She currently serves on the Supreme Court Committee on Women in the Courts. This Committee monitors gender bias in the court system and works to help ensure women in the courts receive fair treatment. She is a member of the subcommittee of the Women in the Court’s which organizes the Summit on Women in the Law.

Arianna has served on the Hispanic Bar Association’s Women’s Empowerment Leadership & Law Conference Committee for the past two years. The conference focuses on the lives of women as a whole, on a personal level, and professionally.
