Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader is proud to announce the promotion of Craig P. Bossong and Edward “Ted” Brennan to Partner.
Bossong has been successfully representing private and public clients in tax appeals, land use and real estate matters at the county and state court levels since he joined the Firm’s Rochelle Park office in 2009. He has handled land use and zoning matters in front of numerous planning and zoning boards and currently serves as Borough Attorney for the boroughs of Waldwick and Bogota and is the Planning Board Attorney for the Borough of Edgewater and the Township of Secaucus.
Bossong has been recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star three years in a row, from 2012 to 2014.
A resident of Oakland, New Jersey, he is an active member of the Bergen County Bar Association, serving as the representative to the New Jersey State Bar Association General Council. He also serves as the chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee and Membership and Golf and Outing Committee for the Bergen County Bar Association.

Brennan joined the Firm in 2007 focusing his practice in workers’ compensation, real estate and land use, redevelopment and labor and employment law. His expertise with workers’ compensation has singlehandedly brought significant growth to this area of practice in the Firm’s Cherry Hill office. His efforts were recognized by South Jersey Magazine which named him among the Best in South Jersey in workers’ compensation law. He was also recently named an “Awesome Attorney” by South Jersey Magazine and a “Best Attorney in Business” by South Jersey Business Magazine.
Brennan’s work is also focused in New Jersey’s Municipal Land Use Law as he represents numerous public entitles in planning and zoning matters handling defense litigation. He serves as the Planning Board Attorney for the townships of Gloucester, Maple Shade, Riverside and Waterford and also represents the Pennsauken Zoning Board. He also specializes in redevelopment working with municipalities in their redevelopment efforts.
An active member of his community, Brennan was recently elected Mayor of the Borough of Merchantville where he resides with his wife Kate and their three daughters and one son.
