Diversity and Inclusion

Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader embraces a strong commitment to diversity within the Firm through a positive and stimulating work environment where all cultures, ethnicities, religions and genders are included, recognized and respected. This belief is a core value not only in our own work environment but in the way we successfully represent our vastly diverse community of clients.

Diversity and inclusion has always been an integral part of the fabric of Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader as we are led by a diverse group of male and female attorneys who represent various ethnicities, religions, and racial and cultural backgrounds.

Through our Diversity and Inclusion Initiative we aim to create a strong diverse network and implement policies that promote the roles of women and minorities.  A particular focus of the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative is to promote the hiring and retention of female and minority attorneys, and offer them the tools and resources to develop their professional skills to become partners within the Firm, and leaders within the legal community at-large.
