FPSF Education Law Partners Will Present at New Jersey School Boards Association Spring School Law Forum

Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader’s Education Law Partners, Lester E. Taylor III and Joseph D. Castellucci, Jr., will be featured presenters at the New Jersey School Boards Association’s Spring School Law Forum on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 in Monroe Township.

Mr. Taylor and Mr. Castellucci will present  “Recent Changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct" to an audience of fellow school board attorneys. They will highlight recent rule changes and review related court decisions. They will also review past rulings that are particular to school board attorneys.


Mr. Taylor is Chair of the Firm’s Education Law practice and successfully represents a number of school districts in New Jersey handling all matters related to general counsel services, special education, litigation, labor, employment, and workers’ compensation. He also provides counsel on day to day issues such as reductions in force, leave of absence, FMLA/NJLA, employee disciplinary policy and compliance issues.  He has handled matters in Federal, State, administrative law courts and arbitration settings. 

Mr. Castellucci has extensive experience in all areas of education law, regulatory law, and public governance, including litigation in all subject matters affecting the order and operation of boards of education. Mr. Castellucci successfully represents school boards before the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, State and Federal court, the New Jersey Commissioner of Education, the Public Employment Relations Commission, the Government Records Counsel, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, and the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights.
