Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader, a full service law firm with offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, is proud to announce the opening of its sixth office at 221 Pine Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The new office, the second in the Commonwealth of PA, is the direct result of the growth of the Firm's Litigation and Government Affairs practice areas in Central Pennsylvania.
“Opening an office in Harrisburg is an essential part of our strategic growth,” firm Managing Partner Brian R. Tipton said. “We already regularly handle litigation matters in Federal Court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania, in the Court of Common Pleas in Dauphin County and surrounding counties and represent several corporate clients before agencies within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.”
“Having an office half a block from the State Capitol, a five-minute walk to the Federal Courthouse and a ten-minute walk to the Dauphin County Courthouse, demonstrates that we are committed to serving the needs of our clients and becoming one of the 'go-to' firms in the region,” Litigation Partner Phil Morin said. “Our goal is to establish roots in the communities in which we practice law and be active members of the bar.”
The Firm was originally founded in 1996 by former NJ Governor James Florio and Michael Perrucci, a renowned litigator and well-known real estate developer in Pennsylvania. Later the Firm added Douglas J. Steinhardt, the former five-term Mayor of Lopatcong and leader in the NJ Republican Party, and Paul T. Fader, the former Mayor of the City of Englewood and former Chief Counsel to two New Jersey Governors. The Firm has continued to expand with the addition of high-level attorneys including Judge Robert A. Freedberg who joined the team after an incredibly distinguished career as a Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge.
