Michael DiMarco is Of Counsel with the firm, and works with the real estate/land use, banking and commercial lending, and corporate and business law practice groups. Mike has 20 years of experience in each of those practice areas.
Mike’s association with the firm includes responsibility for nearly all residential real estate closings and a host of commercial closings. Mike also represents a number of regional banks in regard to document drafting and loan document review as well as commercial collection activities. He also regularly represents clients in settling estate matters.
Following receipt of his law degree, Mike worked as a judicial clerk for Judge John F. Kingfield, in the New Jersey Superior Court. Shortly thereafter and prior to joining the firm, Mike practiced at several firms where he developed his expertise in transactional work involving real estate and banking. He also served as the municipal attorney for the Township of Greenwich, Warren County, New Jersey.
Mike lives in Greenwich Township, New Jersey with his wife and three children. As a community volunteer, Mike was elected to the Greenwich Township School Board in 2004 and served as President in 2006. He coached youth sports (baseball, basketball, and softball) in the Greenwich Township for 15 years. Though his coaching days are over, Mike continues to supervise and play in a Friday evening basketball league with other Greenwich Township residents.
