Firm Welcomes New Partner Kim C. Belin to its Education Practice Group

Ms. Belin has extensive experience representing boards of education, school administrators and charter schools in a variety of areas, including: administrative law and hearings, policy development, and labor and employment issues, staffing relations, pupil rights, and obligations, IDEA and Section 504 compliance, school construction law and contract procurement.

Partner Joseph D. Castellucci, Jr. to Present at NBI Education Law Seminar December 2nd

Education law Partner Joseph D. Castellucci, Jr. will be a featured presenter during the National Business Institute's seminar on Special Education which will be held December 1st and December 2nd at the Holiday Inn Cherry Hill. 

He will speak on the topic of Manifestation Determination on Friday, December 2 as part of the two-day seminar which will address special education leaders, school administrators, education and legal professionals on IEPs and 504 Plans. Mr. Castellucci's presentation will cover the following: When MDRs are and are not required, required participants for MDR meetings, essential information to consider, and determining if conduct was a manifestation. The presentation will run from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, December 2nd.

The SABA-NJ is a bar association dedicated to the needs, concerns, and interests of the South Asian American legal community in New Jersey.

Mr. Bhalla, who is nationally recognized within the South Asian community for advocating on behalf of South Asians and other minorities, will address attorneys, business leaders and other influential members in the South Asian community at the organization’s largest annual event.
