Corporate & Business Practice Launch
Phillipsburg, N.J. - Florio, Perrucci, Steinhardt & Fader, LLC, is pleased to announce the launch of its Corporate & Business Law practice to provide comprehensive corporate and business law counseling to individuals and organizations from early stage start up to established multi-national companies. Though the firm is already widely recognized in the region for its legal, business and political acumen, the addition of the Corporate & Business Law practice substantially enhances the firms focus, and adds depth and breath, in this important area of the law. The Corporate & Business Law practice is designed to produce results for our corporate clients with the same dedication and quality of service that Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader has become known for. We aim to become partners in our clients success, notes partner Paul T. Fader.
The firm has assembled an impressive Corporate & Business Law team of professionals with substantial knowledge and successful experience led by Glenn J. Williams, Robert A. Ortiz, Jr., and Philip J. Morin III. The Corporate & Business Law team we have assembled is a distinguished group of talented and highly skilled leaders. They understand business, politics and the law, and what it takes to be successful. We are confident that our clients will be in good hands, said former New Jersey Governor and firm founder James J. Florio.
The firm will leverage the experience and expertise of Williams, who has served as in-house General Counsel, Ortiz and Morin, who collectively have represented a number of privately held and publicly traded companies doing business in New Jersey, across the United States and abroad. Business lawyers are a special breed, and those who bring General Counsels perspective add further value to the equation. They truly understand business and the law at the next level, adds Douglas J. Steinhardt, partner and Warren County Republican Committee Chairman. We have chosen outstanding attorneys to lead this new group, and we are very confident in the value they offer to our clients.
The Corporate & Business Law team aims to benefit corporate and business clients through efficient leveraging of the collective expertise of the firms business law platform, which includes labor and employment, government and regulatory affairs, litigation, real estate, banking, construction, energy, and environmental. Through close interaction and collaboration with these practice areas, the new Corporate & Business Law team will focus the strength of the firm.
The Corporate & Business Law Team Glenn J. Williams provides comprehensive business counseling to individuals and companies across various industry verticals from startup/early stage to $1 billion, including organization, financing, mergers & acquisitions, business development and sales efforts, commercial agreements, human resources, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, real estate and business litigation.
