Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader is proud to welcome Partner Joseph D. Castellucci, Jr. and Associate attorney Arianna Moure to the Firm’s Education law practice group.
Joseph has an extensive background in education law. He started his career as a high school English teacher and has spent his legal career representing numerous public school boards of education. He specializes in handling complex general education matters such as labor and employment, student rights, civil rights, public contracting, special education, legal compliance, HIB, FERPA, OPRA, OPMA, and all forms of litigation.

He is an experienced counselor with a unique understanding of the public school system as he is a former educator who knows the issues and challenges school districts face. He will be a tremendous asset to the Firm,” said Lester E. Taylor III, Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Education law group.
Arianna will focus her practice in education law, labor and employment, and general litigation. She is experienced with handling complex litigation matters in various areas including civil, criminal, and family law. Prior to joining the Firm, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Lisa P. Thornton, A.J.S.C. Superior Court, Monmouth County.
She is an active member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. She was recently appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Women in the Courts to represent the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey for a two-year term.
