Tipton told New Jersey Business Magazine: "Businesses come to us too late. They come to us only after the problems have appeared."
Tipton also advises in regards to the importance of having clearly defined relationships when it comes to delegating authority and responsibilities.
"Every company has its own relationships that have to be clearly defined."
